Jazz at MOCA: Lisanne Lyons

Featuring renowned vocalist Lisanne Lyons who has performed with the Woody Herman Orchestra, Maynard Ferguson Big Bop Nouveau, Arturo Sandoval, and recorded two solo CD’s, “Right as the Rain,” and “Smile,”with the John Toomey trio. She is currently director and founder of the jazz vocal program at Florida International State University. Every last Friday for over two decades, Jazz at MOCA has merged art and jazz, becoming an integral part of Miami’s music scene. This FREE concert series fills the MOCA Plaza with music. Seating starts at 7 PM, concert starts at 8 PM.
