Emily Maddox

Emily Maddox began performing at a young age under the mentorship of jazz legend Ira Sullivan and later mentored by world-class drummers such as Gary Sinise from Lt. Dan Band, Danny Gottlieb from the Pat Metheny Group, Willie Stewart from the Grammy-nominated reggae band Third World, among many others. She has performed with a wide array of artists such as Latin Grammy-winning singer Chiquis Rivera, American jazz bassist Christian McBride, multi-award-winning Spanish singer Julio Iglesias and many other household names. In 2020, Maddox began exploring songwriting, combining her drumming and singing, ultimately leading to her debut single release, “Give It Back.” She has since released multiple singles as well as her debut album in November 2024, Timelines. Maddox will be playing a mix of originals and some covers ranging from country and pop to indie and funk.
